Monthly luncheon meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month. Our next luncheon meeting will be February 7. Meetings are not held during summer (June, July, August). In December, the luncheon meeting is replaced by a fabulous holiday party. Throughout the year, various outings (Delectable Detours) offer opportunities to collectively enjoy and support restaurants, plays, concerts, and other cultural events in our community. Every odd-numbered year we hold an art show. In even-numbered years, Pen Women organize and sponsor a writers' conference in April, and also a writing competition (2018 is the exception.)
We all have books we love but no longer have space for. Please bring your gently-used books to the next luncheon meeting and we will sell them at the super-bargain price of 2 for $5. All proceeds go to support Pen Women projects, scholarships, and other endeavors of our Honolulu Branch of the National League of American Pen Women. Mahalo!
